SeniorGardener.org was started by a group of friends who wanted to share their love of gardening even though they no longer live near one another. They thought a website they all take part in would be a great way to keep in touch and share their passion with others. Besides gardening, they want to encourage other members of the senior citizen community to find ways to thrive in all areas of life, so they decided to add a section with general information for seniors.
